As many of you already know, my name is Amber Fey Sunrise.
I created this site to give people a small taste of who I am and in so doing, maybe meet some new people and make some new friends. However, when I started this venture, I had no idea where it was going to lead.
Thankfully in the natural world nothing stays the same for long. Thus the Dreamer's Isle has evolved into my latest interpretation of the Lands of Faery. I have had many people email me over the last couple of years, asking when I was going to update this site. Give people something new to look forward to. Clean the layout up and maybe add some new features. I have done what I think is my best to adhere to those wishes but let's face it, I am still a baby when it comes to webpage design.
 What paths will you walk on this island labyrinth? Well there will be many to choose from. Some will feel familiar, some will be completely new. One of the things I am adding to this site is a page called, The Temple of Faery. This will be a place where I post the results of my personal spiritual journey which oddly enough ended with the discovery of Wicca. I consider myself a proud member of the Wiccan community and endeavor to do my best to 'inform' others of this new version of what many now know is the "Old Religion". If you look, you will see there isn't much there at the moment. *Sorry Face* Another new path is open now to your feet and that is the DreamWorld Message Board. A familiar path as always will lead you to the Dreams of Faery. Here will be stories I have written over the years as well as some new poetry. Kindly notice I have added new pictures as well. |
As you all know, I like to connect with people. There aren't many people like me in the small town where I am current residing, however on the internet, I have found like minded people that I can talk to and relate to. One of those groups is hosted on Yahoo! Groups. It is called Adult Witchcraft. Dispite its name, it is a group for all pagans, no matter the inclination. I've only been with the group for a few weeks, but I feel at home there. Which for me, is a rare thing indeed.
Something else has changed drastically in my life. I am a Mother in my own right. My son, Avery, was born July 5, 2004. He has truely changed my life. Once I have my own computer again, I'll be uploading pictures of my baby and posting them along with other family photos on another page. |
Well, my friends, I go now to create some of the paths I would lay for you to walk. Feel free to explore what you find. I have always been an open person and have difficulty keeping even things I don't want anyone to know to myself. But there are things you will never know about me, so please feel free to take liberty with what I can give...
